USGBC certified Hanesbrands’ 5th floor office space located within the existing nine story non-LEED Bentonville Plaza Office Building. This is the first space to receive the LEED-CI certification in the State of Arkansas.
The space was designed with renewable and recycled materials for the office finishes and included energy efficiency design of the HVAC, plumbing and lighting systems while incorporating natural daylighting and views in accordance with USGBC guidelines.

Meeting areas have CO2 sensors to adjust fresh air input. Areas near windows have daylight sensors to reduce energy needs. Conference rooms and rarely used areas have occupancy sensors for lights.
