New Patient Tower for ​Saint Francis Health Systems

This project consisted of 126 new patient rooms, intensive care, progressive care units, new lobby and chapel. While working at a previous firm Don Ness served as Project Director and was involved in negotiating contracts with Saint Francis, organizing and assembling the design team and managing the project through Design Development.​
