Haril Pandya is a nationally recognized architect and Senior Principal at HFA, where he leads projects across mixed-use development, master planning, multifamily, adaptive reuse, and workplace design. With more than 30 years of experience, he leads with a design perspective that delivers meaningful and lasting impact.

Throughout his career, Haril has led award-winning projects for some of the nation’s top real estate firms and developers, helping reposition and elevate major urban assets. He is a sought-after speaker and mentor, known for his TEDx talk on generational change in the workplace. He also has a history of impactful leadership in design and team development.

In 2018, Haril was elevated to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects (FAIA), the profession’s highest honor. He is also a certified Master Professional & Life Coach (MCPC) and currently serves on a municipal design review board in Massachusetts.
