As HFA's Senior Onboarding and Benefits Specialist, Mandy Burson leads programs that enhance onboarding, employee benefits, and team member well-being. With more than five years of HR experience, she specializes in benefits administration, leave management, and employee wellness. Her work is guided by strategic thinking and a compassionate, people-first approach.

Mandy collaborates across teams to strengthen onboarding processes and improve the overall employee experience. Her contributions include developing HFA's wellness program, enhancing parental leave resources, and expanding benefits for the Mexico team. She also played a key role in implementing HFA's human resources management system.
