Nick Wille

Nick Wille is the Chief Financial Officer at HFA, bringing over 13 years of finance and accounting experience to the firm. In his role, he collaborates with leadership to shape and execute HFA’s strategic growth plan, leads long-range financial planning and scenario modeling, and guides capital allocation decisions. He also provides data-driven insights on project profitability, evaluates merger and acquisition opportunities, and oversees the firm’s accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting functions.

Nick’s career began in public accounting as an auditor before moving into industry, where he served as Vice President and Corporate Controller for a national civil engineering firm and later as CFO for a national commercial general contractor. Known for his collaborative approach and analytical mindset, he is dedicated to building financial strategies that support sustainable growth.
