HFA renovated 3,160 square feet of an existing dining facility. HFA reoriented the cooking station from back of house to front of house, cook to order stations, which helped streamline the circulation paths of patrons. Visual access to cook stations created a dynamic flow throughout the facility and increased the number of meals served. HFA also renovated the main service lines and seating areas of the second-floor dining hall and created a more contemporary layout with varying ceiling heights.
