HFA provided architectural and MEP engineering services for the remodel and expansion of an independently owned Harley-Davidson automotive dealership in Hooksett, New Hampshire. The 48,000-square-foot project involved a 27,000-square-foot addition to an existing 17,000-square-foot facility, significantly expanding the dealership’s operational and customer-facing spaces.
The expanded facility includes a new showroom, service bays, parts storage, and office support areas. HFA designed the addition to integrate seamlessly with the existing building while adhering to Harley-Davidson’s brand guidelines and accommodating the realities of existing conditions and challenging site constraints.
Delivered through a design-build partnership with New England Construction, the project required close collaboration to align design intent, constructability, and schedule. The result is a modernized dealership that supports the franchise’s operational needs while reinforcing a strong, recognizable brand presence.
