The name reflects the historical value of salt, long associated with healing, preservation, and wellness. The space was envisioned as a modern, integrated health destination focused on proactive care, combining primary medicine, personalized fitness, and spa services under one roof. The program required careful planning to separate clinical, training, and spa zones while maintaining smooth circulation and privacy. Services included construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration, with oversight carried through from design development to completion. All work was completed while addressing applicable code and regulatory requirements for clinical and wellness spaces.
