This project consisted of an 8-story patient tower with 68 new patient beds, ED expansion, and a full renovation of the hospital’s core support services departments. Steven Warlick’s role on this project was that of Owner/President of the Design firm ultimately responsible for the overall success of the project.

New Patient Tower for Saint Francis Health Systems
St. Francis Health Systems
This project consisted of 126 new patient rooms, intensive care, progressive care units, new lobby and chapel. While working at a previous firm Don Ness served as Project Director and was involved in negotiating contracts with Saint Francis, organizing and assembling the design team and managing the project through Design Development.

Branson Heart Center
Cox Health Center
This project consisted of 54,000 square feet with patient rooms, nuclear imagery, procedure and rehabilitation facilities. While owning and managing Ness Design Group, Don Ness was involved in negotiating contracts, designing, organizing, assembling the design team and managing the project through completion.
